Christine Chow - Home

Greetings! I’m Christine, a consultant/researcher in digital educational media. My bachelor’s degree is in Television, Film, and Media Studies (Option: Broadcast Journalism), and my master’s is in Learning, Design, and Technology. I am on the team of Indiana University’s Design Principles Documentation project, which examines the practices of digital badge systems. Additionally, I have also developed video lectures with in-video quizzes for MOOCs on Coursera and for medical school classes with a focus on implementing the flipped classroom model.

Through this course, I would like to develop a deeper understanding of the research literature and methodologies in Educational Data Sciences. My interests span a range of topics in data mining and learning analytics from predictive modeling to discourse analysis.

Excited to dive into the course with everyone!
