Joanna Ray

Joanna Ray currently serves as the Director of Online Design & Learning at the IU School of Education at IUPUI. Ray earned her B.S. in Education from Indiana University in 2001 and Master’s in Education with a Focus on Technology from IUPUI in 2005. Prior to her current role, Ray served as the Director of Online Learning at Center Grove Community School Corporation where she founded and launched Center Grove Global Campus, an online learning initiative for secondary students. Ray has been a part-time instructor at the IU School of Education at IUPUI since 2005 where she has developed and facilitated several online courses related to educational technology and online teaching. She has shared her expertise with hundreds of educators across the state of Indiana through professional development programs, and has presented as both national and local conferences including the Center for Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL), Florida Educational Technology Conference (FETC), Hoosier Educators Computer Coordinators (HECC), and Indiana Computer Educators (ICE). Jennifer Stewart

Jennifer Stewart works at the School of Informatics and Computing as a full-time lecturer. Ms. Stewart received a Certificate in Applied Computer Science from the Purdue University School of Science, as well as a Master’s in Media Arts and Science from the Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, both at IUPUI. Before working at the school of Informatics and Computing Ms. Stewart worked as the online coordinator and adjunct faculty at the Department of Computer and Information Science.  Ms. Stewart has a passion for teaching computational thinking to educators.
