What technology is needed?

Scratch Links to an external site. is only available as a desktop application, meaning it runs on laptops and desktop computers. Scratch is currently not available as a mobile device app. However, the Scratch Team Links to an external site. is developing an app for tablets that will run on the larger mobile devices.
