Game Sign Ups

There are 8 games for the class. They each cost about the same. Every student has to buy TWO GAMES.Get them from Common Room Games Links to an external site.. Exception: Ancient Battles Deluxe is ordered directly from Victory Point Games Links to an external site.. ORDER SOON.

When you sign up for a game, you are agreeing to bring the game to class on the assigned day and help teach it to the other members of your game group. You get points for doing this. In the case of Dungeon Crawl Classics you will also be the Game Master, running the game for the other three students.

The list below gives a little description of the games. Each game has a Difficulty rating from 1 (Easy) to 5 (Hard), and a Reality rating from 1 (Goofy) to 5 (Serious). After the list, there is a sign up sheet. Only one student name per box!

Dungeon Crawl Classics is an old-school tabletop role-playing system. Difficulty: 5. Reality: 1

Freedom: The Underground Railroad is a history game about African-American slaves escaping to Canada in the 1800s. Difficulty: 4, Reality: 5

Kremlin is about becoming the dictator of Russia by sending your political opponents to Siberia. Difficulty: 2, Reality: 4

Pandemic is a cooperative game about curing a global disease that threatens to wipe out all human life. Difficulty: 2, Reality: 4

Power Grid is a game about building power plants and making money. Difficulty: 5, Reality: 3

Small World is about capturing territory with armies of goblins and elves. Difficulty: 1, Reality: 1
