Locate Feedback on Submitted Papers

Finding Feedback

You can see comments from your instructor by accessing the assignment and viewing the submission details. If your instructor used Crocodoc, you will see the annotations by clicking on the preview icon in the assignment submission details. Instructions on how to use Crocodoc are at the bottom of this page.

To see instructor comments:

1. Open Grades from the navigation bar at the left.grades_for_wally_gator.gif

2. Find the assignment you wish to review. Locate the speech bubble [1] to verify the assignment contains a comment. Click the assignment title [2] to open the assignment.

3. View the Submission Details in the top portion of the window. Note the submission date and time [1], the grade at the right [2], the option to Show Rubric (if one was used), and Instructor feedback comments at the right [3]. If your instructor used Crocodoc to add comments and feedback to your submission, click the View Feedback [4] button comments and annotations. Note: If the assignment is previewed in a format that does not support feedback, Canvas will show the Preview button.

View the feedback from your instructor [1]. To reply to a comment, hover over the comment and click the Reply button [2] when it appears.
