For the programming question, the RL-glue code requires GLS vectors; you will need to install it on your machine. For example google "install gsl on os x". I have tested the code on several department machines (e.g., tank) and gsl is installed and the code compiles and runs. If you are having troubles getting the code running on your machine email Mrinmoy (your TA) and he can help you get the code working.

For the non-programming questions you can either do it in latex and submit a pdf, a text editor and submit an rtf file, or write it by hand & scan it to pdf. Make sure any math and equations are clear.
For the programming question submit all your code and a JPEG or PDF of the performance plot.
You can use the RL-glue code here to get you started. I expect you to write your own code and submit your own plots. Copying code from the internet is not acceptable.
All assignments can be done in collaboration with other students, however, you must write your own answers, write your own programs, and generate your own results (data and graphs).
