Logging in
Logging in to Genius (IU High School's Student Information System) and to Canvas (IU High School's Learning Management System) both require logging in with an IU Guest Account.

Your computer will show you something like this: Simply click on the red Login button.

After clicking Login you should next see:

Note that there are two tabs below the word LOGIN. Normally, once you have selected Guest once, you won't need to select it again the next time. This is not guaranteed, unfortunately. |

With the Guest tab selected, when logging in to Genius you will see: As shown above, the only option will be to Log in with email. So simply click on Log in with e-mail:

With the Guest tab selected, when logging in to Canvas you will see: Unlike logging in to Genius, logging in to Canvas will show the email option as well as some social media options. IU High School recommends (and only supports) the e-mail option. But if the social option works for you, that is fine. Click on Log in with e-mail to see: |
As shown above, here is where you will enter your Guest Account Username (Email) and Password. Once those are entered correctly you will then have access to Genius or Canvas.
