QM Self Review Instructions

As part of the MOU and your agreement to develop a course, and to meet HLC requirements for course assessment prior to teaching a course for the first time, we have developed a Self Review document that incorporates the Essential (3-point) and Very Important (2-point) standards in the QM Rubric.  

The documents below are what you will encounter when you complete your self review. This Self-Review will be completed online using a Qualtrics survey provided by UCET and COE, but we've provided the documents here for your reference and to use as you prepare your online course.

(the Self Review Guidelines & Annotations pdf) contains the annotations that guide you through each of the standards, what you should look for in your course that indicates whether the standard is Met or Not Met.
