Hi and welcome to Z4404 Spring 2020:
I want to introduce myself and get you ready for the class. .
My name is Carolyn J. Anderson, CPA, MBA, Ph.D.
Negotiations are a passion of mine, as a large part of my career before academia was as a commercial lender for banks in the local and regional markets.
A major part of a commercial lenders’ job is negotiating contracts between the bank they represent, the client they will be servicing, and sometimes government agencies that support the financing involved.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30 pm
On Zoom, by appointment only (which is advised for regular office hours as well)
I am also available by email and want to hear from you, I check my email at least twice a day and respond quickly. You will not receive a response any later than 9:00, so put that in your plan for studying.
