SP21: YOGA I: 6611

This class will cover a basic introduction to yoga that should allow you to develop a home / personal practice.
The course was designed having in mind that you are a beginner with no previous experience in Yoga.
During the First 3 weeks we will setup a foundation for your practice. The course will start slowly so you can get yourself situated and comfortable with Yoga and become more flexible and prepared for a more intense work.
If you already have some knowledge/practice of yoga don’t feel disappointed. From the 4th week of class, you will notice a change on the rhythm and load of work. And we will progress quickly to more challenging asanas, sequences, pranayama and mindfulness exercises.
Intermediate/more advanced students will have the opportunity to make modifications to their practice to their own level of experience. Note: Advanced practices such as Headstand, are not recommended and will not be encouraged.
