The style of yoga that we will be practicing is based on the individual’s internal experience and increasing awareness for conscious action. Yoga 2 focuses on application of yoga elements of pranayama (breathing), vipasana (meditation), energetics, sound, and ritual and application for emotional and psychological balance.
There are no prerequisites for the Yoga 2 course, although completion of Yoga 1 is highly recommended. We will also dig into the history of yoga and philosophy in Yoga 2.
