This course is intended to introduce students to the skills used in health/wellness coaching to facilitate behavior change. Skills learned in this course will include; key concepts of the coaching perspective (separate from traditional sports coaching), developing SMART goals, as well as tools for open inquiry and active listening. Students will have online quizzes and complete practice coaching sessions.
