FA22: APPLD WELL COACH&MOTIVE INTRVW: 26930
This course will introduce students to health/wellness coaching skills and practical application to facilitate behavior change. Skills learned in this course will include key concepts of the coaching perspective (separate from traditional sports coaching), developing clear vision for change, building on success, as well as tools for open inquiry and active listening. Students will complete online quizzes to assess understanding of core concepts and complete practice coaching sessions to demonstrate coaching skills.
