Week 1 | Overview
Week Overview
Week 1 focuses on the history of the field of obesity and mathematics, energy intake and energy balance modeling, discrete dynamic obesity models, and applications of models. In addition, Week 1 asynchronous lectures provide important information on grant writing and tips for successful grant writing.
You can access asynchronous video lectures by clicking the "Asynchronous Video Lectures" link. You can also navigate through the module by selecting "Next" at the bottom of the page.
You can also see a list of all speakers for Week 1 and links to their lectures in the following "Guest Speakers" section.
Guest Speakers
Please see a list of the guest speakers in module order for Week 1 below. Each speaker's name is hyperlinked. When clicking on the speaker's name, it will take you to their professional profile page so you can learn more about each speaker's professional background, research interests, and research work.
