The School of Social Work and our student organizations are frequently involved in professional, community, social, and fund raising activities that are an important aspect of the educational experience at Indiana University Bloomington. Faculty and students frequently take pictures and videos to record these events and occasionally, we use these images on our website or in other promotional materials. You are being asked to provide your permission to the School of Social Work to use your image, when it is obtained through school and campus related activities, for educational, promotional, and outreach related efforts in published or electronic format.
