Staying connected and safe is important. At IU, we use two-step authentication, secure Wi-Fi, and powerful Microsoft Exchange for email. All to keep our campus communities safe. 

Duo: Two-Step Login

TO ACCESS IU TOOLS AND SERVICES, you will be required to complete two-step authentication using the Duo app. Most users will have notifications sent to their phone. It is highly recommended that you set up a second device (such as an old phone or tablet.)

Be sure to use your personal phone or device, not one that belongs to a family member or friend.

eduroam: on-campus Wi-Fi

EDUROAM IS IU'S SECURE WI-FI NETWORK, and it's available on all IU campuses. In addition to IU, eduroam is also available at universities, museums, libraries, and public spaces around the world!

IU Email

YOUR IU STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNT was automatically generated when you created your IU account that you use to log in to Canvas and other IU systems.

Microsoft Exchange is the official IU email. You can access your IU email at https://mail.iu.edu Links to an external site.. 

Remember, your student email account is an official means of communication that you should check often!
