When we do sports or gym activities, it is inevitable to release the body odor typical of this situation, due to the sweat in the physical exercises caused by the effort. Nothing that a good deodorant cannot remedy and even prevent. But when summer comes and we train indoors like the gym, things change. Neither air conditioning nor deodorant is enough in many cases, and it is time to choose the perfumes for women or men that best suit us to make these training sessions more bearable, for ourselves and for others.

And the big question is: are sports and gym perfume compatible? The answer is yes, of course. Without a doubt, you will have had the opportunity to smell the perfume of gym partners on several occasions, and you may even have used a fragrance to smell great in your workouts.

But perfuming is not enough: just as the sweaty smell can annoy those who train around you, too strong or inadequate fragrance in this context can cause people to step aside in your path in the gym.

That is why it is so important to know how to choose a body spray for workouts to train well because that smell will accompany you in your exercises, the others will associate it with you and, somehow, you will relate that fragrance with the sports practice that motivates you so much, so don't it is any question.

Choosing the best perfume for sports activities

So what should you consider when choosing a (good) body spray for workoutsLinks to an external site. for the gym and other sports activity? You will be surprised by the variables that come into play in this choice:

Type of sport: you must because of the degree of intensity (and sweating) of the activity you do. Like you can use Courage Body Spray Unisex from Gym Perfume - powerful and therefore more suitable for sports where you sweat a lot - is not the same as a lighter and fresher, for sports where cardio is not as intense.

Personality: smells also communicate, they also mean "I am an extrovert" or "better not talk to me", and the intensity will be the measuring bar. Strong and determined perfume can be opposed to a rather sweet, soft, shy one. This is especially useful to keep in mind if you like to talk to other people while you train or you prefer to go with you.

Skin type: this is the most physical variable that exists. Not all skins support the same. Not all would allow the same type of creams and, therefore, also the same type of perfume, especially in situations such as sports, where you sweat a lot.

Likes and brands: of course, each person can choose what they want most without taking into account any of the other variables. Going by brands is a very good motivation too, because the image of the firm fully validates the perfume, regardless of intensity, smell, or freshness: Chanel, Carolina Herrera, Gym Perfume... there are many brands for all sort of people and their tastes. Although we encourage you, at a minimum, to take into account what sport you are going to practice when perfuming yourself.

Trial and error: often, when we go to buy a new perfume, we try several and almost never decide the first day. The fragrance is a very personal thing. But, in many cases, they usually offer us small samples. Use them all instead of storing them until they lose the smell. Only by using them on our skin type while we train will we realize which of these perfumes goes with us and which one we want to accompany us during all our gym sessions.
