Studying in the US is a dream come true for the majority of Chinese students. If you are considering studying in the US, you are probably working on the details regarding the trip. However, you do not need to worry about getting a suitable university to enable you to achieve your goals.  

Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh

Founded in 1900, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. CMU is ranked #26 in National Universities. Overall, the university remains among the top schools for international students. CMU is ranked 4th out of 1,232 in overall best institutions of higher learning for international students in the US. The university is a great place to study for international students. The application process is largely the same for all learners, regardless of their country of origin. Chinese students in the US choose the institution because they will be exposed to a wide range of cultures since they interact with students from many countries across the world.  

University of Southern California

Located in Los Angeles, California, the University of Southern California (USC) is one of the world’s private research universities. The institution is ranked #24 in National Universities. USC is popular with international students, and it is ranked 2nd out of 1,279 for the overall most popular institutions for international students. With 47,310 students, 11,308 are international students. Applications for universities that have a large number of international students indicate a higher acceptance rate for learners from other countries. Chinese students applying to join USC are assured of joining an institution that values diversity.

New York University New York

Established in 1831, New York University (NYU) is located in New York City. NYU remains the largest independent university in the US. The ranking for NYU in National Universities is #30. Recently, the number of international students at NYU has been on the rise. Chinese students in America are the largest contributor to this growth, currently constituting 5,866 students. 

Conclusively, studying abroad is critical in providing learners with a global view of issues. Chinese students wishing to study in the US should consider these institutions. Since the universities have high acceptance rates for international learners, Chinese students are in a better position to secure an admission.
