I am an Experienced Healthcare professional in various clinical medical settings seeking a health administration position that provides an excellent positive quality of care for all people. I have worked as a CNA and HHA for over five years. I have an Associate in Healthcare Specialist, Nursing, and Pharmacey Tech knowledge. I am completing a Bachelor of  Science in Health Science with a concentration in Health Administration and a minor in Health Information Management. In the Bachelor of Science in Health Science course, I have learned a wide range of subjects such as patient quality care, medical ethics, medical terminology, medical coding, EHR system, quality control check, leadership styles, cultural competency, finance, diseases, microbiology, anatomy and physiological,  health policies, economics, informatics, consumer health, collaboration, and strategies planning. I want to utilize the skills and knowledge from my training and educational background to collaborate, develop strategies, and implement them into action. I want to take the knowledge from Indiana University Northwest and apply what I learn to create an environment of optimal care for people within the community.
