This class will cover a basic introduction to yoga that should allow you to develop a home / personal practice. The course was designed having in mind that you are a beginner with no previous experience in Yoga. Intermediate/more advanced students will have the opportunity to make modifications to their practice to their own level of experience. Note: Advanced practices such as Headstand, are not recommended and will not be encouraged. The course was designed to guide you to the” Yogic Path to Well-Being”. And it’s based on “The Five Principles of Yoga”: 1. Proper Exercise 2. Proper Breathing 3. Proper Diet 4. Proper Relaxation 5. Positive Thinking and Meditation And will focuses on the first 2 Paths of Yoga: Hatha Yoga : The Path to control Body and Mind; The path of inner and outer transformation. Includes: • Asanas – Beginners/Intermediate levels • Breathing Techniques Karma Yoga: The Path to purifying the heart and reduce the influence of the ego on our words, actions, and interaction with others. Includes: • Mindfulness Techniques • Guided Meditation Practices

This course is meant to be done at your own pace. Each module will include materials for you to read, watch, and explore as well as quizzes to test your knowledge. Whether you're just returning to the bike, getting in shape for a charity ride, or consider yourself more experienced, you'll find plenty of information and advice that will make you a more comfortable, confident rider.
