  1. Choose 12 “matter of fact” questions (5 pts each); one additional extra credit question. Choose 5 Conceptual-Thoughtful questions (8 pts each); one additional extra credit question. Letter grades are based on 100 points. 
  2. Write in complete sentences with coherent paragraph structure and syntactical sentences. Answer the Matter of Fact Questions in approximately 40-80 words.  The Conceptual Questions will require time to answer and more developed answers, approximately 100 words.
  3. Deliver electronic copies to Assignments folder on Canvas.
  4. Hard copies are not needed for the Midterm exam.
  5. Answer your questions in this file and resubmit/upload to the Canvas assignment. Do not change the font, pitch, line spacing, or margins.  These are set at 1 inch, single spacing, 12 pitch Calisto.
  6. Type your last name and first name in the top right of this first page.
  7. Rename the file by adding your lastname and your first name in the file name. Make sure that you use an underscore between your last and first names. See example
