Extra Credit Reflective Paper

This extra credit assignment is worth 5 points; please write a reflective paper (no specific length in pages or words) which encapsulates your thoughts concerning what you've learned in this course. Please include your thought/ideas about the power relationship between workers and their employers, the tensions which exist between labor and management, and how labor and management can better balance the current unequal power relationship which exists between them. This extra credit assignment is due December 8 at midnight; the extra credit points will be included in your score to "make up" for points you may have missed in the quizzes.
