Just a reminder--I sent a direct message to everyone with this link, but wanted to be sure everyone could find it again. Also, be aware that the sooner you get this in, the better chance we will have to ensure all of the information is correct.

This information will be used to complete program and promotional materials. For example, we often issue invitations to department heads or deans, etc. to attend if students from their school or major are participating. We also encourage everyone to consider carefully the "official" title by which they wish to be referred--in many cases, the review committee feedback suggests updating or changing that. You will be given this feedback during one of the pitch workshops and/or special coaching appointments.
