The real trick to maintaining long term good health is to develop a lifestyle that balances the needs of the body, mind and spirit.
In this discussion I want you to examine the things you do or the things you should do to maintain fitness and balance in each area.
Your grade will be based on the depth and sincerity of your statements.
Write one full paragraph of 5 to 9 sentences for each of the following topics. Submit as one posting.
- The health of my mind. Emotional and mental fitness. How do you maintain the fitness of your mind?
- The health of my body. What I do or should do to respect my body and maintain fitness.
- The health of my spirit. Do you meditate? Participate in organized religion? Have activities than enhance spiritual fitness?
