Federal Civil Rights Laws
Federal civil rights laws prohibit the college from discriminating against students and other participants in its programs, activities, and services. These laws prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin, disability, sex, and on the basis of age. They also protect students and others from retaliation.
These laws include:
