A more detailed view comes from our Non-Discrimination Policy Links to an external site.. It is important that employees, volunteers, applicants and others who have an actual or prospective relationship with the College be able to conduct business and/or work in an environment free from unwanted and unsolicited sexual overtones, and have an avenue for addressing concerns or complaints of sexual harassment. Everyone must also understand that sexual harassment is an unacceptable practice and will not be tolerated in the workplace.
