Students, employees, and other participants who feel they have been discriminated or retaliated against have the right to file a complaint with the College's Office of Human Resources or the Student Conduct office:

A complaint can also be filed with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR). OCR is the federal agency that is responsible for enforcing these federal civil rights laws in schools and colleges.
