Students, employees, and other participants who feel they have been discriminated or retaliated against have the right to file a complaint with the College's Office of Human Resources or the Student Conduct office:

Student Conduct (Students)

Students can refer to the Student Rights and Responsibilities Links to an external site. page for information and help. Vice President of Student Services, Jessica Gilmore English can also be contacted. Her office is I-202, 425-235-2463, jgilmoreenglish@rtc.edu. 

A complaint can also be filed with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR). OCR is the federal agency that is responsible for enforcing these federal civil rights laws in schools and colleges.
