What If Someone Reports Discrimination or Harassment To You?
If someone reports sexual harassment to you, you are required to refer that person to the Director of Human Resources (employees) the College's Title IX Officer, VP of Student Services Information, even if that complaint was resolved informally within your department or division.

Please keep in mind that retaliation of any kind is prohibited by college policy and civil rights law. Any retaliation associated with an incident of harassment should also be reported.
A complaint can also be filed with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR). OCR is the federal agency that is responsible for enforcing these federal civil rights laws in schools and colleges.
