4. Finally, you are to respond to this discussion topic:

Discuss the following topics in your initial post in this forum. Do not just cut and paste info from a website.

• The Prescriptive Authority requirements for the State that you live in.
• Identify your future Certification Organization and discuss their perspective on Prescriptive Authority.
• Discuss at least 2 legal issues to consider when writing a prescription for a controlled substance.
• Discuss 1 strategy that can be used by an APN to avoid tampering with prescriptions for controlled substance.
