Respond to Your Classmates 

If you want to offer opportunities for students to collaborate with one another, you can choose from a variety of IU-supported collaboration tools Links to an external site., including Canvas Discussions. Example: In your small group discussions, upload or share a copy of your position statement by [date prior to the due date]. 

Then, complete the following tasks: 

• Review the position statements from your group members.
• For each position statement, share a point that you agree or disagree with, then explain why in further depth.  
• Contribute an additional idea or viewpoint that may help your group member think differently about the position.
