IUSB CERES: Center for Excellence in Research and Scholarship

CERES: The Center for Excellence in Research and Scholarship

The meaning of Ceres has changed over time, but she has always been a source of life and wonder.

OUR MISSION: CERES exists to foster and facilitate a culture of research and scholarship in a complete lifecycle from senior faculty to first-year student at IUSB, and to demonstrate the benefits of diverse research and scholarship to the IUSB region. To ancient Romans, Ceres was a goddess of fertility whose gift was the harvest. Today, CERES grows and shares research and scholarly activities for the IUSB community.
