The course syllabus is a work in progress and is likely to change. Not all guest practitioners have confirmed. I will be out of town on three days, one to participate in a NASPAA site visit reviewing an MPA program at another university at the end of January and the week before Spring Break when I will be in Warsaw, Poland preparing for a conference on local government in June.

Additionally, two classes have been cancelled in lieu of field trips that have been scheduled in April. Please make arrangements early in the semester to attend these trips.
