Open the downloaded PDF with Adobe Reader, type in the information, then save the file. Be sure you know where you saved it. You should not need to print the document. (Note that if you open and fill-in the PDF in your browser, the file most likely will NOT keep your answers when you save. You MIGHT be able to 'print' the saved file, then choose 'print to PDF'.)

Select the file and click "Open." Finally, click “Submit Assignment.” This submission is for your teacher's information only, and will not affect your course grade.
