Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to problematize or break down the connection between the brain and physical activity, as discussed in the reading of assigned resource, Spark. Here you will read an example of this connection found with students from Naperville. Your goal should be to understand how and why this connection happens. During this lesson you will have the chance to start to evaluate your own feelings and experiences from participation in physical activities within the course timeline.
To begin this course, you will start with reading the book Spark, which focuses on the benefits exercise has on the brain.

Complete the following annotation & commenting part of the assignment:
- Read the Introduction, pages 3-8, and Chapter 1: Welcome to the Revolution (A Case Study on Exercise and the Brain), pages 9-33
