FA21: YOGA I: 33273
No previous yoga experience is necessary for this course. This is a great class for beginners! The style of yoga that we will be practicing is based on the individual’s internal experience and increasing awareness for conscious action. Yoga 1 focuses on an introduction of the basics of yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathing), vipasana (meditation), and their application for physical and emotional balance. Guided yoga practices will include all these components. The goal of each practice is to develop self awareness, paying attention to what is happening in your body, breath, and mind. You will focus on how the practice feels in your own body, breath, and mind.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Fall 2021
Welcome to IP Law! This course will lay a foundation of understanding for trade secret, patent, trademark, and copyright law. These topics are NOT on the bar exam, but they are useful to lawyers serving small-business and/or not-for-profit clients, where it pays to be a generalist. If you are maaaaybe interested in focusing on IP law professionally, this is the perfect course to take to test that interest. If you already know you are serious about studying IP law, you really should take the the full courses in Patent, Trademark, and/or Copyright Law. This survey course can be redundant of those deeper courses. If you really want a career in IP Law (or sports, fashion, technology, or startup law) I highly recommend earning the IP Certificate. Look it up on the McKinney website.
