PBS related student organizations:

Psychology Club at Indiana University Links to an external site. provides students an opportunity to interact socially while enhancing their understanding and appreciation of psychology. The Psychology Club offers academic support, graduate school and career preparation, and social and philanthropic opportunities to members. Psych club provides an environment to connect, network, and learn more about the department! We have socials, community service, movie nights, academics and guest speakers, internship opportunities, study tables with fellow psych majors, faculty/undergrad mixers, and much more!

Neuroscience Club at Indiana University Links to an external site. is an organization that serves to support undergraduate students in their exploration of neuroscience, including course material, research, and future career choices. Through interactions with pre-doctoral graduate advisors, full-time neuroscience professors, as well as fellow undergraduate students, members of the organization can enhance their understanding of the field. Through various volunteering options, The Neuroscience Club aims to give back to the community and provide members with community service opportunities. 

The goal of ADAPT Consulting Links to an external site. is to provide students with the opportunity to gain applied skills in both business and psychology as well as provide local businesses with free and high-quality solutions to organizational issues. Students who are accepted into ADAPT work with a project group throughout the semester. Members are organized into project groups and paired with a local business that is facing some type of business problem. Each project group works with a local business or nonprofit to work on an issue that matters in the real world, right now. Projects can range from employee morale to better performance reviews.

Student Organization for Cognitive Science (SOCS) Links to an external site. provides resources and activities for undergraduate students interested in Cognitive Sciences, such as Psychology, Computer Science, Philosophy, Neuroscience, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, Anthropology, and other relevant disciplines. SOCS discusses topics in cognitive science, organizes several social events throughout the year, host guest lectures, professor dinners, movie nights, lab tours, discussion nights, and essentially anything relevant to cognitive science in which members are interested.

DePsyer Psychology Club: Links to an external site. "DePsyer", meaning persons who have desire to learn psychology.  The goal for this club is to provide psychology majors and others interested in psychology a place to share original ideas, specifically providing space for Chinese students in this field.  The club plans to have interesting activities, such as little experiments and casual discussion on top news, that provide people a better comprehension.

Crimson CORPS Links to an external site. (Caring, Open-Minded, Respectful, Peer Support) promotes a culture of compassion and action on the IU Bloomington campus.

Peer Health and Wellness Educators Links to an external site. (PHWEs) are IU students who promote outreach education to peers to improve overall health and wellness.

IU Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students Links to an external site. aims to address the needs of minority pre-health students at Indiana University

Raising Awareness of Interactions in Sexual Encounters Links to an external site. (RAISE) focuses on health, consent, and sexual communication.

To Write Love On Her Arms Links to an external site. (TWLOHA) is dedicated to presenting hope to people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.
