"Apply" connects the interpretation of the data and students' feedback to action in the classroom. Once the learning analytics data and student responses have been combined, a concrete teaching and learning need can emerge that may be addressed in the classroom. Faculty can apply their own expertise to address these needs, and/or reach out to [their institution's teaching and learning professionals for help].
