  1. Pay attention in class

When the teacher explains mathematics, they try to convey abstract concepts. Therefore, your concentration should be at the maximum, since they are the most complicated subjects to assimilate.

Be careful. Paying attention is not just looking ahead and silently listening to the words of the teachers, but also understanding what they are trying to explain to you.

2. Practice

To improve, the best way is to solve many problems. And when I say many, I do not say three or four. You may have to do twenty, thirty or even more.

You must spend hours in your study environment doing exercises. It is the only way to assimilate the issues. For Latest CBSE MCQs Sample Paper Class 10 For Term 1 Board Exams 2021-22, Click Here.

3. Concentrate as much as possible when studying mathematics

Studying math is not the same as studying history. The texts can be read like you read a novel or the newspaper. But the mathematical nomenclature is read at a different speed, slower of course.

Remember that the objective is not to "cover" the entire text, but to understand it. And if it takes longer, you will have to accept it.

4. Study the theory

This is where many students fail. They read the theory and try to assimilate it as they solve exercises. But many times, when axioms or theorems are explained to you, it is necessary to study and memorize them .

Try doing that the next time you study Mathematics and you will be amazed at how agile you will solve the exercises.

5. Start by solving the easiest

It is always convenient to solve those simpler problems , no matter how silly they may seem. In the books there are always examples explained in detail, you can take advantage of them to start the series of exercises.

6. Carry out an organized way of solving the exercise guides

We already saw a way to do it in the article, Tips to face an exercise guide. Follow each of those steps. It will help you a lot when studying subjects like Mathematics. For Latest CBSE MCQs Sample Paper Class 10 For Term 1 Board Exams 2021-22, Click Here.

7. Study in a group

It will not be as participatory a meeting as when you study a social science subject where everyone has to have an opinion, but it can be useful as well.

A member of the group can explain as well, or even better than a teacher. But of course, they have to maintain a certain order and silence during the meeting, so that the concentration is maintained to the maximum.

8. Review the basics

Some students bring a low level of math from elementary or high school. That makes it impossible to learn more difficult concepts. If that is your case, don't be ashamed to look for an initial level manual and study the topics again.
